Our Manuscript Submission and Resubmission server has had some new improvements installed as of March 28, 2002. The most significant change is that EPAPS material may now be deposited as part of your web submission. Other changes include clearer instructions and better linking on resubmissions, and some minor bug fixes to better handle, for example, the formatting of response letters.
