PRST-PER is completely electronic with electronic submission, refereeing, publication, and with the archival record being the online journal. PRST-PER is published in an article-by-article mode; papers are published electronically as soon as the production process is completed. Semiannual issues of the journal consist of all articles published during the six-month periods starting on 1 January and 1 July.

As an additional service to the community, we are providing a listing of recently accepted papers in advance of publication. The articles are listed according to the month of acceptance. Also included are the abstracts of papers submitted as as RevTeX/LaTeX files.

The listings are dynamic: as papers are sent to the production operation they are added; as papers are published they are removed automatically. The date of the most recent change with added papers is indicated for each issue. Within the list for an issue, the papers most recently added appear first.
