For further information on single-article publication mode, accepted papers listings, or editor contact, please see below. Single Article Publication (SAP) ModePhysical Review E has changed its production process from one that emphasizes the print journal to an article-by-article mode in which the electronic version is primary. In this new mode, papers are published electronically as soon as the production process is completed. At regular intervals, these are collected together as completed issues that appear in print on a monthly basis. Accepted Papers ListingsAs a free service to the community, the editors provide a listing of recently accepted papers in advance of publication. The articles are listed according to the month of acceptance. Also included are the abstracts of papers that have been submitted electronically. In addition, links are provided from accepted papers to their listing in the Los Alamos e-print archive (LANL), provided that authors have supplied the preprint information. When available, a copy of the e-print, courtesy of the Los Alamos e-print archive, can be obtained via the link. Please note that the e-print version is not necessarily the same as the final version to be published by PRE. The listings are dynamic: papers are added automatically as publication begins; they are removed automatically as they are published. The date of the most recent change with added papers is indicated for each issue. Within the list for an issue, the papers are arranged by section heading; within each section heading, papers most recently added appear first. The issue indicated is tentative; for papers still listed here, the publication information is not yet available. Once removed from the above listings, published papers may be found via the list of Available Volumes for PRE, though it may be a few days before they are available. Editor ContactThe PRE Editors can be contacted via email at pre@aps.org. To direct the message to a specific Editor, please put "ATTN: (editor's name)" on the first line of the body of the message. |
